it was actually painful to watch his reaction

took me aback to be honest. never seen that before, i've seen angry "the-world-and-his-dog are against me", and raging at the officials and managers kicking water bottles over and all the rest but to see a manager that clearly truly cares as much as he does kind of blew me away. how lucky we are.
