This "What Worthy Has Done For Us" Argument

Currently reading "12 Canaries Legends" and noting the parallels being made by not only some of the players featured (Stringer, Cross, even Peters, who didn't play under him) but some other quote within their "stories" about how similar they see the styles and personalities of Ron Saunders and Nigel Worthington.

And that, despite all that Saunders "had done for us" (first ever promotion, first ever Wembley final, survival in first season in Div 1) that, as and when things started to go a bit "off", it was time for him to go, he'd done all he had, things were stale and needed shaking up etc etc...people were grateful and praised him for what he had done, however....

Enter John bond, freshened the place up, the style of play, the mood around the place and we had a great few seasons with the new ideas, coaching staff, players etc. No-one could or would ever deny that Saunders had been a great manager for City and he went on to do great things at Villa (league title) however, it was still time for a change and it suited all when it happened.

I'm just wondering if Worthy is now where Saunders was then?
