Or the failure to pass on any PAYE or NIC since April (in addition to the above).

Or the undeclared 2nd contracts issue that were rife according to former director Hugh Adam from the mid 90s and if found to be true would result in titles being stripped.

Or the 2.5million council tax owed.

Or the money owed to Rapid Vienna for Jelavic, or the money owed to Hearts for McCulloch, or the money owed to Dunfermline and Dundee Utd for gate receipts.

Or the fact they are holding a charity match against AC Milan where the main benefactor will be...er RFC (this is also against the law, btw)

They've basically been lying, cheating, and stealing for 20 years.
