Silly question time...

On the left of that the administrator is quoted as saying the club has ?100m of debt from across its two periods in administration.

Does that mean that it still owes ?100m to this day? And if so how has this amounted, because surely a lot of debt would have been wiped from the last time they were in admin?

I appreciate these are probably stupid questions!
