David "something" used to own the B & B on Unthank Road next to the Eaton Cottage. He used to have a lot of the Norwich yoof team stay there. Daryl Russell was one of them.
He got nicked for drink driving in St Giles car park (allegedly), they smelt alcohol on him and wouldn't put the barrier up and called the old bill!
