...Dubs was a revelation on here for me, because he found an outlet to be able to let it all out and didn't mind - that takes some courage and has helped me be more open as well.

And I'd be angry if I had to buy shoes that f**king big as well ;-)

I used to suffer from anger issues as well - but, as you'd expect, that was bought on by generally being pissed or off my head most of the time. After 2 detoxes and the 18 week residential rehab, I'm rarely angry any longer. Until I see a tout on here or on the Chelsea site. small things.
