Ok he could be seen as a 'rich investor', but he runs most of his clubs well and Portsmouth were stable while he was in charge.

They got promoted, but then tried to run before they could walk. Sold out thinking a richer investor could take them to 'the next level'. They ended up living way beyond their means, and now they are paying the price.
