Im probably more worried about losing McNally than I am about losing Lambert

Lambert leaving is inevitable. Our exploits this season may have prolonged his stay, but we all know he is going to leave eventually. I have faith in McNally to find an adequate replacement when that day comes.

McNally himself on the other hand, I dont think is going to be as easy to replace should he ever leave.
