5th place in league - let's say Arsenal
League Cup - Liverpool
FA Cup - Spurs or Chelsea (gained CL spots already)

So 2 spots already been given. If Liverpool finish 6th and the above happens then the FA Cup spot goes to 7th place in the league. Same if Liverpool did the cup double.
