Why does Worthington never learn?

How many times do we have to play the diamond and be rubbish and play the 4-4-2 and be good for him to realise that 4-4-2 is our best formation? We played the same 11 in the second half (so injuries is no excuse)and it was better with 4-4-2 so can we have an end to the diamond now please. It was the same last year. We had one good result at Spurs last year with the diamond then he stuck with it and we were rubbish. Eventually he changed it back to 4-4-2 and we improved.

As for Huckerby, how many times does Hucks have to play up front and be anonymous then move to left wing and be much better (or at least in the game) before he realises the left is Hucks best position (as Hucks himself has said a number of times!). When he's up front he is just standing up there totally out of the game and he then has to come out to the wing anyway to get the ball leaving Ashton on his own.

Jarrett is no Safri or Hughes but he looked alright in the 2nd half, probably because he was no longer out of position on right wing. Stop playing people out of position Worthington!

The guy on Radio Norfolk was spot on about Fleming and Holt. The crowd say week after week that they aren't up to it. Eventually he makes the change the crowd saw a couple of months ago and we improve instantly. Like the guy said, how good a manger is Worthington?
