...they didn't quite do their level best to keep her alive after the crash in Paris either.

I haven't really looked into it in detail but there are stories about ambulance delays, not going to the nearest hospital, medication not being administered or not being available bla bla bla, and, with numerous reports of her being alive and lucid at the scene, it gives them some credence.

Probably balderdash I know, as most of them are but there you go! The British royals do have a history of hiding people away who don't "fit the bill" as well!
