xmas eve, just gone, took 8yr old daughter into A&E NHS hospital as she was choking....

the response and professionalism was brilliant.

back in nov, had spire private hc look at my knee (old war wound) - had a ct scan and saw a specialist very quickly and recieved excellent service - paid for by my company.

both good expereinces.

last month, phone my local NHS GP to make a non urgent appointment for later that week, told I had to take my chances on the morning i wanted the appointment!!! Despite travelling aborad for 3 days, couldnt make a routine appointment and didnt want to fight someone with more urgent need than myself to get an 8.30am phone call........ useless system! (Needs Reform!!!!!)
