sorry but i disagree........

do reform/change WILL cost, i agree, but NOT to reform/change will cost more in the long run and probably mean the end of the nhs altogether....

my missus worked for years in the nhs, till january and now works at spire (formally bupa) - - in her final months in the nhs she couldnt believe how much money was wasted at the senior and middle levels......

her initial reports after nearly 2 months with spire is that money is tightly controlled and majority spent on patient front line care than middle management.
