Believe what you like but it's this sort of stuff that means

Much needed reforms of NHS will never happen. The ignorant, tabloid reading minority are always able to scare monger the rest into believing any reform is a disaster.
NHS does not work great for so many reasons, don't agree with these reforms but serious reforms are needed
