GPs are being set up to fail. GPs do not have the skill, resources or desire to actually do the commissioning. Those that try will fail. Private companies, without transparency, without accountability, without motive apart from profit, will step in to do the commissioning, and hoover up the public funding.

Good luck finding out why you can't have your operation when the real reason is "it's more profitable to do different operations from the one you happen to require."
