Something for the wisdom of the wrath as I?m confused

I?ve not seen it mentioned on TV by any of the experts so here goes.

Stuart Pearce, the loyal retainer is in charge until we get a new man, presumably Harry.

From my point of view Fabio Capello appeared to do the set up of the team and the tactics. Just as well as Stuart Pearce, in my opinion having seen him looking after the U21?s, didn?t appear much cop at this. (Maybe I'm wrong here)

So when Harry gets the job, he does the cheeky chappy, loved by the press, Mr motivator front man thing but what happens to his loyal lieutenants, assistant Kevin Bond and that well known Englishman and first team coach Joe Jordan.

If Harry wants to bring his back room team in, presumably Pearce goes back to the England U21?s but what of Joe Jordan who appears to be the tactical brains behind team Harry? Is Jordan as likely to want to wear an England tracksuit as I am an 1p5wich Down shirt?
