He's the sort of player who needs good service

mainly crosses, and when he doesn't get it he looks like the non league player he was three years ago.

He just doesn't help himself with his demeanour, which is something Ashton didn't have. He doesn't *look* like he's trying, and he is often slow to react to things, which is probably why he gets stick.

It's probably not really fair, because he's come a long way in a short time, but it's why he frustrates some people
