Absolutely love classical piano, but I just can't get into Jazz.

Jazz and country are the only two genres I can't really enjoy; the latter might be because my dad used to play it a lot when I was younger, and the former might be because my guitar teacher insisted on teaching me jazz fusion when all I wanted to play was alternative/metal/rock.
