I think you miss the point

It's unlikely that a Scot, Welshman or N.Irishman will manage England. It's actually more unlikely than than a Swede or Italian managing England. This means that there is very small talent pool of English managers for the FA to appoint an English manager from as the top club jobs in the country are taken up by non-english managers which obviously is a bit of a problem for the English national team.
