I thought that Leicester would really kick on when Nigel Pearson took over in November and start to be a real threat in the Championship, but they have not been able to put together a run to take them into the play-off race.
Pearson was successful with the Foxes before and, looking at the players he inherited, I thought he would do the same again straight away.
But there is obviously something not quite right there, maybe in the balance of the squad.
We know all about Norwich now - they just keep going on and on.
The Canaries got a great result at Swansea on Saturday and, while other teams might be talking about the FA Cup as a distraction, it's not for Norwich. Their manager Paul Lambert is probably thinking 'bring it on' - they know what they have got and what they can do.
