Pays Lloyds ?18M for the debt owed to them and becomes a secured creditor.
Mortgages off the season ticket income to Ticketus and gets ?24M.
Pays off the ?18M using the aforementioned ?24M.
He?s secured creditor so is still owed ?18M and is first in the queue.
Runs off and hides somewhere.
