apparently all i need is a bank account, and accounting system and or a bookkeeper, invoices, business cards, a phone line, a fax machine, advertising, a van, an oil drilling rig, refinery, pipeline, oil tankers and distribution system. lettering for the van, flask, a computer, a printer and a network of reliable customers.
