I got a mattress about 3 months ago, from littlewoods, last week the springs went so phoned up and complained, so they send a guy round to inspect it, he then agreed it was f**ked!!
So then I have to ring up littlewoods explaining he had been round, and with all the details they said they would replace the old mattress with a new one!!
So they gave me a date (yesterday) that the old + new one to be delivered... Only thing is they took the old one leaving me with nothing to sleep on last night... Having rang up yesterday and again this morning they said it that this is normal and informed me my new mattress is going to be delivered on the 22nd!!!
Not impressed, asked for my money back, and even the old mattress, all they said was sorry for the inconvenience!!!!!
Any suggestions what I can do?
