it's been a while since someone vaguely famous croaked

i expect there's a correlation based upon some factors and s**t.

i shall give it a whirl:

famousness of the stiff (determined by the media) multiplied by tragicness of death (the younger the higher the factor, cultural icon adds a fair few bonus points, flawed personality (that the masses can relate to) equals double points, add in points on a sliding scale for rock & roll death factor where hutchencing one off = 9 and old age = 0 multiplied by days since last famous punter croaked = the celebrity death co-efficient.

i think nasa thought of it first.
