To be fair, if you're already a member or s/t holder, our online ticketing is just as good

It's only 'cos Fulham have the luxury of a "neutral" area (i.e. s**t support, can't fill the ground) that they can have a all-comers sign-up and purchase thing. We couldn't do that.
