Advertised 20 meg download speed, when I last did a checked it was aroumd 17. Hardly had a problem, maybe the odd dropout now and again, nothing serious. We have a bundled package including phone and Sky Sports.

Had to use their customer service a couple of times, my experience has been good, they have been friendly and efficient.
