re coming to the end of the 7-year plan 4 years early. What do you do next?

Although re the youth of the squad vs the squad of the early 90s. He's right that there are quite a few of the squad - including some who are already key players - who should, at least, still have their best years still ahead of them:

Ayala
Bennett R

It does contrast with that early 90s team, as he said. Pleasing.
