could rangers (glasgow) do an mkdons?

rangers are in an economic flat spin and one way to reverse it would be to do a mkdons or to put a 'b' team into the lower level of bottom league in the english game and work up like afc wimbledons.

When the 'b' team gets to say league 1, then rangers 'a' resign from SPL and have a go in england. The crowds at that level are the same as the SPL. glasgow rangers falls off the edge of the scottishverse and afc rangers glasgow rampages up the football league. debt free. attracting big old crowds that they don't get in scotchland.

it would be feasible would it not?
