Begrudgingly have to admit Alan Pardew is doing a pretty good job.

Honestly thought newcastle was a trainwreck waiting to happen but it looks like he has bought well without even spending close to the 35 M they got for AC.

I still think even though their first 11 is very strong they seem to lack the strength in depth that even we have.

We could lose our 2 first choice CBs and have 3 or 4 other players who would do a decent job (Barnett, Martin, Ward and R Bennet soon)

Looks like we played them at the right time.
