Demand for a student house in the Triangle always exceeds supply, and the unlucky ones can find themselves living in relative social isolation out towards Dereham Road (if they're lucky: this is what an enterprising estate agent might call "Triangle Borders", or perhaps the "Silver Triangle", for those who had to accept second-best).
