Tonight 5 / 6 weren't at the races whereas Sunderland were right on it.

How long does it take to reach the kind of level the likes of Sunderland, Stoke, fulham etc are at? I.e very comfortable in the prem.

Getting to the prem is a massive step, taking that next step to consistent mid table prem team is another huge one.
