I have no doubt that he can handle big names and egos

There aren't many players out there (who he may manage) who will have won higher honours in the game, that's usually instant respect , add in what he has already achieved as a manager and his brilliant man management skills (why Roy Keane's medals are negated!) during his time with us and I i'm sure he can deal with any type of personality. Also, I think he's a strong character who knows his own mind, he wouldn't be afraid to ship out a big name if their negatives were outweighing their positives, i'm sure. But you're right, only time will tell.
