Lamberts brilliant

Does he have any weaknesses as a manager? No. He identified that we were weak at CB and CM straight away and has added quality, Worthy would have plugged both weakened positions with full backs, Grant would have signed half a dozen slow uncreative league one standard SPL reserves (Mick McCarthy, take notice) to plug the gap left by quality players, Roeder and Gunn would have gone on loaning frenzies, I often questioned those managers, but never Lambert. Fucking brilliant.
