I think Lambert's always been uncomfortable with Holt because he wasn't one of the players he brought in and yet he was key to both promotion-winning seasons. I've never felt he's received the full praise he deserves from the manager, unlike Morison who always gets a warm mention. I would be astonished if he left today, though. Perhaps at the end of the season..
