Im as big a pessimist as you get and even I really can't see it.

The fee would have to be 10million plus. Even Rhodes would probably cost 5 or more and is completely unproven. We look like staying up and selling Holt could jeapardise that. To be worth the risk the fee would have to be way way more than his value and his value must be pretty high right now.
