Tottenham Hotspur have recalled right-back Adam Smith from MK Dons after cancelling his season-long stay at the League One side. The 20-year-old arrived at MK Dons in August and went on to make 17 league appearances for Karl Robinson's side.

Why not Naughton? Is he an iron in the fire?
