I got piles, I'd never had 'em before - and was a bit stuck, so asked on our board what was the best thing to do.

Some c**t said "put deep heat on them"

Thankfully I didn't listen - but did get more ideas in the minutes of pisstaking on there than i got off of have NHS Direct!
