It's a small pay rise, so in effect a pay cut

Particularly compared to Sheffield. However, I do currently live on my own so I imagine I'd save some money by sharing which I imagine I would do. I do have friends in London and the job is ideal for me, the only down point is thee city itself. I've always been quite against the idea of living there, but I suppose you've got to try it to find out. The job is right in the centre (Holborn) so I suppose I could live anywhere. Any recommendations?
