blimey, that sounds like a bit of a mare

I know from bitter experience (not mine, someone else's!) how hard it is to get a non-paying tenant out, so they'll never take you alive! As long as you keep paying the leccy bills etc and the gastos comunes there's very little they can do.
Just get a bit of cheapo furniture in the meantime and robert's yer muvva's bruvva.

Hope you do get it sorted out before long as I have been thinking about popping up to visit you. I do need internet though!
