Fattyboy always goes for a number 2 after his dinner, ALWAYS. Do I'm making him wait for my call!!

I can see him through the window, his face has gone a bit red and he's shifting around desperately in his chair.

I reckon if I make him hang on another 5 mins he'll need new y-fronts!!!
