I went to to St Sebastian in spain for the weekend.

with the missus. Basque country, great place.

It was a 'romantic' weekend so I was not too surprised when, after I realised that Real Sociadad was at home to Athletico Madrid that very evening, she decided that we were not going to the game. boo.

so, we had boozedrinks and tapas and then I 'arranged' to go to a very partisan bar (lots of colours, noise and excited peeps)to watch the game.

I watched the first half then went outside for a chat to some complete strangers, as you do. I remembered the game was on and went back in half way through the 2nd half to watch the rest.

The bar was empty. Telly was turned off.

Because they were losing 3-0.

Thats not normal is it? I mean just turning off the game and going home?

Maybe thats what its like in Ips**t.
