Keep an eye on his left leg. Then just keep watching the left leg each time. Perhaps the thrust is actually coming from the left leg as he skips to avoid standing on his hand. He jerks his left foot away as soon as he feels Parker's hand. The right leg merely responds to this instinctive jerky action.
