Just constant remarks like...

complaining about the hotel's TV stations, complaining about the distance of the drive to get there. But mostly little stuff like having to pick yourself up and get on with it, upset at leaving the family, best make the best of it etc.

All with the undertone of somebody who is going to have a go whilst there, but clearly didn't really want to be there.
