I don't rate him defensively, far too weak at times when tackling

and suffers from a chronic lack of pace. He's a very good footballer, great passer and very composed, but I think his defensive shortcomings would be exposed in the premiership. Having said that, the same could be said of any of our CB's, which is why I wouldn't mind having a solid bruiser like Morgan (think of a budget Chris Samba) in the ranks. Morgan and Luke Chambers formed one of the best champs CB pairings throughout 09-10 and 10-11, Morgan is currrently coming back from an injury, he's also out of contract in the summer.
