Yep Bates is awful when it comes to sorting out contracts. Howson is their 6th first team

player in 18 months to leave after failing contract negotiations.

He just offers pittance, then sells the player or lets them go on a free. Afterwards blaming the player for demanding too much wages.

Kilkenny spoke out about it after moving to Bristol. He celebrated his goal at Elland Road by blowing a kiss to Bates.
