hmm. Link at the bottom doesn't work

and premier league rules seem very clear - that you can only have two loans at any one time (and four over the course of a season).

Seems very odd to write that rule, and put it on their website, and then actually have a different one.

So would still like to see some actual evidence that the rule they've made public isn't the rule any more....
