Look at the top 6-8 teams........ pretty much as predicted before the season started.

Without a doubt Swansea and Norwich have way over acheived so far (mid table vs bottom 6) but overall the PL isn't that crazy.

If Norwich or Swansea were in the top 4-6 then that WOULD be pretty shocking.

Quoting exceptions is not indicative of everything going crazy.
