i believe if the Carling cup winners and FA cup winners and FA cup losing finalists have all qualified for the champions league then the Europa league places go to 6th & 7th positions in the league

I don't think the losing finalist rule applies to the Carling cup

don't forget their is a route to Europe via the fair play league
