He saved us from relegation in his first season

he's helped win us 2 promotions. The stats don't show the ground covered, the space he created for others, the goals he was involved in, the assits, these are many things I saw at games with my own eyes. He could have conducted himself better off the pitch, it probably would have helped his career but as for his contribution to this football club, coming up through the ranks, he's been excellent value. He probably isn't going to figure that much more from here on in, I accept that but it wouldn't surprise if he does make it back to the Premier League one day. He has a good touch and awareness, think he will get better with age and experience. Just a shame he lacked pace.
