stand would cost under 20m less naming rights of say 3-4m

so ballpark 16m net cost.

it would not take 15 years to pay that back if making 3.5m extra a year from ticket sales.

Thats before:

5000 extra people buy delias pies
5000 extra people spend money on beer
5000 extra people spend money in the club shop
5000 extra people spend money on programmes
